I think there must be a loop hole, this is the one I use : if BT dont provide an adequate service then they are not fulfilling their contract to you , therefore you have a right to request the contract be null and void.

You cant be expected to sign up for 12 mths for a product with no right to return or stop the product. Call BT again and get someone different on the phone, just say you are not happy with their service and want to cancel. See what happens a 2nd time round.

OK i will. i think i will ask for someone in charge this time . i know people put aol down but i kinda like it now

I dont know why people put AOL down, when I ask them whats wrong with it I never get a proper answer. I think AOL is colourful and friendly, like a community, the other ones Ive seen seem so drab and cold to me.
