Yeh it is great news but I would of loved it if they had gone on to Euro 2004 and we would of drawn them in our group. It would of been a good game and we would of had the satisfaction of beating them again.

Ah well looks we may draw Holland or France in our group. Id be a lot more wary of the Dutch the then French. Im my opinion the French are a spent force and on the way down, whereas the Dutch are capable of winning the thing if they avoid losing to the teams that they shouldnt lose to on paper (Eg Scotland)

Look at the teams who are in the tournament and see who is actually capable of reaching the final and the winning the thing:

France- Are going to fail I feel. Maybe quarter finalists

Portugal- Home support on their side may take them a game further then they expect to go. Semi Finalists

Sweden- Not a bad team but cant see them winning it

Czech Republic- See Sweden

England- We CAN win it. But its going to take a little bit of luck on the way as well. Need to keep everyone fit and then as good a chance as we will have to win a major tournament

Italy- The nearly men of international football over the last 15 years. Same with England really. Could win the thing if they keep their best players fit

Germany- Solid and hard to break down but bore the shit out of everyone else with the way they play. Will be taken for a ride if they come up against Holland or Italy IMHO

Spain- See Italy

Holland- After watching them against Scotland in the first leg I thought they would kill them in the 2nd. They have depth all around the team. The weakest part of their team I would say is the Defence. Lacks a bit of pace from what ive seen.

Denmark- Beat England but that was only a friendly. Will get roasted by one of the "bigger" sides

Croatia- Hard working team but lack the creativity in the midfield. First rounders I feel

Russia- Unbeaten under their new coach. Dark horses of the competition

Bulgaria- First round elimination

Latvia- See Bulgaria

Greece- Are not a bad team at all. One of the "weaker" teams in the tournament. May course a suprise in one of the games they play but not strong enough to get to the semi's

Switzerland- First round elimination

One day you will write a list like that and it will include Finland!

Even if:
Finland - see Latvia

it will happen... oh yes, it will happen...
