i'd put it to the bank and then i'd study stresslessly (<-- cool word
)so that the money would get more and more; then i'd start working and after a few years i'd move to canada, build a nice house there and explore north america from there (still working so that the money can still get more  ) while working i'd look for other doctors who are willing to establish a foundation to give ppl in africa or/and south america medical and psychological help and then i'd go to s.a. or africa and work there...and if i don't win a million bucks then i stay in austria and join "doctor's without boarders" (translation from the orig. name ärzte ohne grenzen) and do quite the same- either way i'd have an exciting stay here on this planet and i'd see the world and btw: my refugee in canada simply is a MUST for me
