Default Whats the longest time you could give up alcohol for??

I'm gonna try really hard to cut out the alcohol in the new year so I thought the best Idea would be to go teetotal for a while. I was thinkking though alot of my social activites involve alcohol, which is quite sad really.

So, for those who drink on here, how long could you give up the booze for?? Or if you dont drink do you mind being in a pub or somewhere where everyone is drunk???

actually I don't drink anymore at all really... Didn't drink much already, but since I started with sports really serious, I'm not even allowed to anymore (except for a glass of wine or something like that every once in a while :P). But I don't miss it - I could live without it forever without any problems.

Usually I do mind being in a pub where everyone is drunk and I'm not. Kinda depends on the people who are drunk though - many guys tend to be very annoying when they are.

I could easily give up right this second if I wanted to... I don't even feel pressured to drink it when surrounded by others who drink... just as I don't feel pressured to smoke when surrounded by people who smoke
