Sorry to hear that you feel like that Jess
As for life at home, even if I'm not a mum myself I can understand how you feel, you pictured it very well! Have you tried to get a job outside of home, and take the kids to daycare or something? Even if the job was the odd hours every now and again, it'd give you something to get your mind of home for a while.
And those friends... It sounds like they weren't really your friends. If you lose a friend because of a mistake in language (he should know you're not a native speaker anyways, and that non-natives make mistakes with their language that can sometimes be misinterpreted), to me that wasn't a true friend to begin with. Still, it's bad to lose even one friend, and you lost two in a short time
Sounds to me like you need to take a break from life at home. Just take a day off and go somewhere all by yourself, leave the kids to your husband or someone else, and just go out for a day, do what you want to do, pamper yourself. Go and do some serious shopping or to a spa or something, you deserve it!
Even if you can't talk to your friends there, you'll always have us here on JT to listen to you! You can count on us, that you can be sure of
