What's Up With The Word..

Pleb... All of a sudden it is becoming a big hit. I think it is because Andy uses it in every sentence! What is a pleb? It must be a European thing.

Perhaps it is short for "plebian", the peasant-folk in ancient Roman times.

Scum of the earth basically. A.k.a townie, coomunist, dirt, nobjockey, plebion. Originally the word "pleb" is a shortened version of the word "plebion" which was the word used to represent the lowest class in roman hierarchey, now however, it is used to represent anyone that cannot pronoune the word "the".
