I mean lot of people may be older but there mind is really young. And some people may be very young but they have really older mind.

As for me, i may be 28, but i feel i have a mind of 23 or 24. It is nothing particular, but lot of time i feel like that and most of new friends are in that age. So inside i really feel like 24.
I think those who have older mind then there age are one we call 'Genius'.
