I have been known on ocassion to get emotional, but overall, I become more talkative. I have been known to begin speaking German or French while drinking

Also, I tend to share secrets. Ever seen that episode of Seinfeld about "keeping things in the vault"? Its like that.

When drunk I sometimes say things carelessly without thinking, although I don't lose my common sense apart from that. I have always known where I am and how to get home, but I also know when I've had too much. It can sometimes give me confidence if I have been in a good mood, or can make me depressed if I have been in a bad mood. I'm not a violent person, and often when drunk I'll do almost anything to avoid a fight, which I think is a good thing. It doesn't really make me emotional, although sometimes I go up to people who I think I know, or have seen somewhere else before and start talking to them. That may be a bad thing, and could get me in trouble sometime.

when i get drunk (last time was 31-12-2002/01-01-2003) i will give a hug to everyone, my boyfriend doesnt like that?! is that strange, (only hugging, nothing more), i have got a nice drunk, always talking, laughing and dancing a lot, without getting tired

having never really been drunk i wouldnt know.
i dont do emotion so i guess id prolly just go quiet...

Yeah, and that's another one of my drunken qualities. Dancing while singing (very well) at the top of my voice. Luckily just in night clubs. Hell if I did it in the street everyone would be deaf, and there would be no windows left.

in amongst all of this everyones not mentioned the golden rule of drunkeness.

always have a friend whos semi sober so if anything kicks off u always have someone a bit in control.

probably more useful up here than alot of places but still a good rule to follow in any case. no point ending up in a fight if none of your team can even walk never midn swing a punch.

golden rules about drinking?

for me that would be:

only drink at home, once I start, I have to pee about every 10 minutes and there is nothing more disgusting than a bathroom in a pub with drunks. Women cannot aim when they are drunk and they don't bother to wipe. Makes me sick.

second rule: when I start smoking, it is time to go home. It won't get any better after that point at which I buy a cigarette pack. And I surely REGRET it the next day.

Besides, sometimes I get sentimental and dig out my slide projector and start a slide show (that is usually when I really should be going to bed - lol)

When im drunk, my personality definately changes, i become a lot more confident in myself and I find it a hell of a lot easier to go up to someone (male or female) who i dont know and start talkin to them without a care in the world. Its only when i have had quite a few drinks, i find the ability to dance...like goose! lol Im also a lot more happy and probably say things I shouldnt

yeh, over the years i wish i hadnt told a lot of thins I have done when im drunk (mainly just telling people i fancy them)
