exactly - think about that "somewines go undrinkable" - that's all that's happened to me, eriK perhaps and a few other posters

we still glug the tainted, corked wine... but there's nothing like sipping the best stuff

p.s. it's not about selling - music is music, entertainment and enterprise are something else

there was a time when music was as expressionist as theatre, film, art, opera, paintings etc

Yes they are Mike. While I agree that there a lot of newer, younger fans that go to backstage to gush about how much they love Jon and how sexy they think he is.etc. there are also a lot of older more mature fans there who post good infomation. You know, you can choose which posts you want to read!
For example, The "TV/movies" section is always bang up to date with people posting about any new appearances coming up.
The "Tour talk" section has some good stuff there about the shows, reviews, setlists, ticket, fan club info for shows. etc.
The GD section always has new articles, fan meetings with the band members, etc.
And last but not least, there is "The News section". You know you are getting info. straight from the horses mouth.

So to make my point, it's not all about the stupid posts.
