well I've been to Madrid, Barcelona/Costa Brava, Andalucia(Malaga,Granada, Ronda, Cordova,Seville...)/Costa del Sol and driven through the whole coastline from the French border through to Tarifa (which is the first town on the Ocean coming from Malaga). There wasn't much that I didn't like, in fact most of it was very beautiful (well, except Lloret de Mar on Costa Brava which totally sucks!!!!!).
Unfortunately I have never been to the Netherlands so I can't say

In any case....go to damn ROMA for God's sake!!!!
