Australians don't usually drink Fosters. We drink VB (Victorian Bitter) or Carlton Crown. My mates and I have a good laugh when people come from overseas and ask why we're not drinking Fosters. We just tell them the truth, that Fosters tastes shit.

Grolsch is pretty darn good imo - partly because it's the most recent drink of choice

awww man grolsch is almost as bad as becks

the only good use grolsch has is that the rubber stoppers on the big bottles make great guitar straplocks but i wouldnt even drink 2 bottles of it to get them.

i've really went off beer just now cos ive been drinking vodka for so long and had been drinking cider for ages before that but pretty much the only stuff ill touch just now is stella and carlsberg unless im out driving and end upg oing for a drink ill have a miller or tennents cos they're not as strong.

carlsberg is *******

broaden your pallette

vodka rules yes - and surprisingly much easier to stay sober on vodka than on red wine i find :s - or at least much easier to remain standing for longer

"most" ciders in the UK really suck... it's only when you get the more specialist ones that it becomes a pleasure to drink it again

Carslsberg is a fine beer and one of the only beers i think is good wether it be draught, cans or bottled (used to get a bucket of 8 bottles for £6 up the town when it was just out in bottles )

i can't stand wine myself but i think ur bloodstream absorbs the alcohol from stuff like wine and sherry alot faster than lager or cider.

the good think about vodka is u can drink it and keep going all night, when i drink beer or cider i usually get pretty tired but if im on the smirnoff ill be up dancing all night.

strongbow and blackthorn are OK but it's a really acquired taste that u need to get used to. some people will never like it either way.
