Yes, Taija and I met him in Helsinki 00 (the same day we met David, in fact). He came out of his taxi with his wife and some friends, and cracked a joke to us about Jon Bon Jovi being in the backseat... We exchanged a few words with him, and got pushed around by the hotel security people...

how did he know you two liked JBJ ? were you wearing shirts with their name on it?

Nope, maybe he just guessed because we were hanging outside the hotel at 1 am He stayed at the same hotel with the band and apparently knew that they were there.

"Only" Bon Jovi a few times. But I must say, I never tried to meet another band.

Oh wait, someone of a German Boyband was in my office at work once. He lives near here. But I didn't care though.

Not a musician but Armin Müller-Stahl (a very famous German actor who also works in Hollywood, one of the few Germans who made it there) was in the same flight as we were when we flew to Turkey for hollidays a few years back.

oh i forgot to mention:

my dad once stayed in the same hotel with "no mercy" and talked to them in the lobby and they gave him an autograph for me (anyone remember them? they had really cheesy songs)

and then last year Bro'sis (the german popstars group ) sat next to him on the plane and he also got autographs from them.

do they count? none of them are rockstars :P
