Everything by Dido, the music is good to fall asleep but when you are in the gym and hear a cd of her on auto-repeat it isn't a real help

All gym music is awful... I listen to music whilst doing any CV stuff, and if I'm at the gym with somebody else I'll just talk and ignore music whilst doing weights, if along I just keep the music playing.

Only ever time there was good music on, and it was REALLY good was when they played that "greatest air guitar" CD, and it rocked.

I was there with Tom at the time, both with very very long hair talking about rock music, with air guitar music on... For once it was everybody else there who didn't fit in

it obviously allows him to lift heavier weights and run far longer just like the magical powers it gives him that make him one of only a few non-gimp rockers on here.

Worst music to work out to... hmm. I'd have to say Creed. There are TVs at the gym where I work out and they always play the My Sacrifice video. And at school, when we run laps they play this compilation CD over and over and I keep thinking that if I hear Heaven by DJ Sammy again, I will rip someones guts out.

Well I usually don't work out, but sometimes I do, but only at home (sometimes I run or drive a bike, but never been to the gym). I don't like that places, I prefer nature. When I do that (always before the summer ) I usually think a lot during a run or a drive. When I 'm very tired, afetr working out, and I feel totaly weak, I sing in my self "I will survive, I will survive..." by Gloria E. Funny I know, but sometimes it helps, sometimes it don't
