Heinz are usually reliable...

In UK traditional breakfast goes as follows:

Toast
Poached Eggs
Sausages
Beans
Grilled Tomatoes
Brown Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Black Pudding

... or at least mine does... it's fattening yes if you're the type of person who can't take it but my metabolism seems ok so I still have it!!
Poached egg?? - That should be Fried!!! & where is the Bacon??? Or Fried Bread??

I had it tonight for dinner! Along with a few party pies, it went down quite well. Saturday is usually the night all in my family go out or something, so meals are often of the quick, easy and cheap variety which imo are some of the best tasting ones!!
