Default Winter Wardrobe Time

I dread this... I need to go into my closet and take down summer stuff so I can put in winter stuff.

I hate my closet. It's supposed to be a "walk in" closet, but if I didn't know the man who designed it, I would call him a complete moron.

I have two bars for haning clothes on either side and shelves at the back. But it's so narrow, that if I hang clothes on both bars, they touch, so if I did need something from a shelf, I would have to burrow through the clothes to get to it. HELLO, Mr. Carpenter Man. Didn't think that one through, did you?

LOL! Walk in wardrobes! I want one! I was watching cribs one time and it was Mariah Carey, she has a room full of shoes and not a small room either!

I'm sure if i had a house big enough i'd get a walk in wardrobe no worries, just gotta earn more money and then move out etc.
I'm thinking its nearly winter coat time but then again i'll keep my Parka away for a few more weeks and stick to my denim jacket that bit longer!

I saw that too. I want a room like that for my clothes so I could leave all my clothes hanging all the time. My mother has a friend who has a room like that in her house. It's about the size of a bedroom. I can't imagine having enough shoes to fill a room though. I'm not a shoe person. If I find something I like, I'll buy it in a few colors and wear them until they fall apart. I think most shoes are ugly, so I totally go for comfort with shoes.

All my life I have wished for a walk-in wardrobe If only yours would be properly designed, I'd envy you

I own a house that is over 100 years old. They had tiny little closets in those days. I have enlarged a few out of necessity but there is nothing like a walk in closet in my house either. I swap summer clothes for winter clothes by carrying the summer stuff upstairs to the attic and carrying winter clothes down from the attic. In the late spring I reverse the process - it's a pain in the ass.

Well, until I move into my new house, I have NO closet. I am living out of a suitcase. Ahhhh..a closet would be so nice. Any type will do.
