Lee, it's definitely not what I want but I can't quit now. Believe me, today I would have resigned a thousand times and no looking back. But I can't.

I worked for a boss who took absolutely no responsiblity for any of her erros and would go out of her way to blame one of her staff. You'd almost have to feel sorry for her, having to lead us incompetent fools around by the nose.

Well, then they must be twin sisters separated at birth. I always feel like telling my boss that if I'm causing so many problems be my guest and throw me out. Why won't she? Oh, because after all I'm taking work off her hands and saving her time, however hard she tries to make it look the opposite.

Neither do I let my boss see how her words and attitude sting. I keep arguing my case to get her to see it's not my fault/it was rightly done but I'm getting tired and soon I think I will just nod and get it over with. It's just as useless.
And to make matters worse while I was writing this I have received an e-mail from her...
