Maybe so - but you've gotta admit its pretty lame. If he took a flying leap from the ropes it might be better, but after running from one side of the ring to the other, he stops....loses all his momentum, & then does a normal elbow drop which virtually kills the opposition.
I imagine its better live though with the crowd reactio.

I agree that the Rock's famous move could use a little work. All in all, he still is THE ROCK...I love that man.
