i came across a thread about a guy who the cops have arrested that might be a serial killer. anyways they haven't actually arrested jim for that, just soem other random stuff and i'm pretty sure if they were certain they wouldn't give him bail at all but his bails been set at about 40,000 with 25,000 being cash.

does that simply mean if this guy wants out of jail fast he better have 25 grand in a bank account and 15 available on credit?
