lol something similar happened to me a few weeks ago. i was driving my boyfriend's car on a very narrow road and behind me there were two cars and a lorry. i couldn't drive fast on that road so the lorry wanted to overtake us all! that was three cars! and from the other direction there were other cars coming. i was so afraid that i had to stop on the side of the road but my speed was about 40 km and there was an old woman walking in front of me and i almost hit her... well i braked soon enough but that was a dangerous thing to do. but the lorry driver was even worse than me... 
btw the old lady just kept walking without realising anything from what had just happened!
