Default Your thoughts on Great White and the nightclub tragedy

I really think that the club is responsible.I don't like the way the media has been painting the band Great White as the bad guys.
They have let other bands used pyro there before. Why didn't they have fire extinguishers there?
This terrible tragedy could have been stopped.

They said installation for the security about fire (don't know how its called) was not conform ... so that's a big error for the club,
on the other hand, the manager of the band have to ask about all this when he sign a contract ...

It just said on the news last night that other bands, who performed at this club, used pyrotechnics too. The owners had first said they don't allow pyrotechnics at all. Somebody will be caught in a lie somewhere.

its both their faults. its the club owners fault for letting them use them as obviously the venue wasnt safe for pyro. on the other hand the band were stupid to use it in the 1st place i mean ive played in places that are very similar looking to that club and u could touch the ceiling from the stage, so setting off pyro wasnt the smartest thing to do and they must have know that.

either way it is sickening and I hate the way it hasn't actually been that widespread on the news and media...

i mean - i know it has been given attention, but they'd rather show ducks floating on a pond...

this truly was a tragedy, and because it was a rock concert that does not make it any less so... if 100 people died such a violent death in a building in new york, london... it would be on the news 24/7 for ages, with president/Prime Minister doing speeches etc...

this has been rather fobbed off... and luckily i haven't seen it on this Message board, but it annoyed me earlier so much when i heard someone on another group making a joke about it...

Im in England and all the press ive heard on it just says about there being a fire in a club.

Great White and their fans aren't mentioned at all.

since many people died including Ty Longley (of Great White) i think the coverage of it should have been better.
