Angels and Airwaves

Just wondered what people think of Tom DeLonge's latest band? Anybody on here a fan of their stuff? It took me a while to get into AVA but I think their music is far superior to Blink 182. Roll on their 3rd album this year hopefully.

a&a and +44 both sucked

Toms voice has always annoyed me. I know they have some good songs, as did Blink, but theres just something about his voice that makes me tune out......

Yeah I know what you mean. I was like that. I thought Mark was the better singer in Blink and I still prefer his voice, but with AvA I've got into it and am finding I like a lot of the songs. AvA are a much more serious band than Blink and +44 and I like that. They are also really well produced. Not sure what they're like live though, I've head they aren't that good. I read on Wikipedia that they are in the studio working on a new album, but then there's also reports that say Blink are gonna reform so we'll have to see.
