A furious husband has accused Bruce Springsteen of having an affair with his wife.
Arthur Kelly named the married singer as the "other man" in divorce papers, claiming he started the fling with Ann after meeting her in a gym.
Legal documents from the 45-year-old alleged his wife "committed adultery with one Bruce Springsteen... at various times and places too numerous to mention".
Mortgage company manager Arthur has reportedly moved out of the New Jersey home he shares with Ann, 44, and their two daughters, 13 and 10.
He did not want to comment on the alleged fling.
But his lawyer Edward Fradkin told a US magazine: "The court papers speak for themselves."
Reports claim Ann is a "gorgeous strawberry blonde who looks 20 years younger than her age".
Springsteen, 59, has been married to second wife, Patti, 53 - mother of his three children - for 18 years.
In 2006 there were reports the couple would split after rumours "The Boss" had begun an affair with a 9/11 widow he met at a charity event.
But he denied the allegation on his website. And a spokesman for the star said he stood by that statement.
It read: "Patti and I have been together for 18 years, the best 18 years of my life.
"We have built a beautiful family we love and want to protect and our commitment to one another remains as strong as the day we were married.
"Due to the unfounded and ugly rumours that have appeared over the last few days, I felt they shouldn't pass without comment." In 1991, Springsteen, who has sold more than 120 million records worldwide, divorced first wife Julianne Phillips to marry Patti, who is a backing singer with his E Street Band.
It was alleged the two relationships overlapped at the time.
Arthur has filed divorce papers but it is alleged he has yet to serve his wife with them.
