When Low first came out I hated it. Couldn't get my head around all the instrumental parts, BUT after I heard the songs live in -78 I changed opinion completely and now LOW is also one of my fav albums.

I like the older stuff. The new stuff? Don't get me started... there are people who start to believe what is written about them.

Reality is somewhat better than Heathen IMO but I love 'em both.
I like most of his stuff apart from some of the 80-ies and 90-ies stuff.

Heathen was great, so many songs off there could of been singles.
"Slow burn" for one, what a record.
"Slip away" another, "everyone says hi" should of done better in the charts too.

did anyone go to any of the shows in odeon cinemas when he did a gig to promote the launch of reality (or was it heathen?)

lots of fun sitting in the pictures with a case of beer watching a bowie gig

i think cinemas would make a fortune if they did this more often for big gigs.

off the top of my head any time roger waters or dave gilmour does a tour since they tend to stay in london.

the cure for the same reasons

the police for price

led zep for price and availability etc...

i wonder why they don't. i doubt the logistics are THAT difficult given wifi and sattelite technology

Unfortunately, the closest cinema for me was in Copenhagen so I didn't go for that.
I'm pretty sure it was for Reality.
