Default Come Together

Who wrote the song Come Together?

Was it the Beatles? Or someone before them?

Must be one of the most covered songs ever

Keep On Rockin'

John Lennon wrote it.

Yup - definitely a Beatles song. I heard it again yesterday while up on a ladder painting a ceiling. I hadn't listened to it for a long time and my daughter put it on. I'd forgotten how they used to do stuff like that - such as make inside jokes about each other in their music.

I gotta say that I'm not a fan of the original (boo hiss, i know ) or even just the song itself, but I've heard some pretty good covers of it. My faves are the ones done by Aerosmith and (of all people) Michael Jackson.

It's a brilliant tune and it's pretty easy to cover it and kick ass by simply turning your guitars up and hammering out the 3 chords in the chorus.
