Default Pink - BRASOV 22nd of July...that girl kicks ass!+ pictures!

Hey!

I had big plans this summer. Soulfly and Steve Vai/Joe Stariani were at the top of my list.I had an exam and so I couldn't see Soulfly. Then i changed my Steve Vai/Satriani ticker with a Gary Moore ticket and the show was cancelled...great!

Then finally I've seen Heaven Street Seven and Zdop Si Zdup on tuesday.
Both good gigs.

But finally:PINK on thursday. She was amazing. WOW.She so kicked ass.I don't even know where to start. She was amazing. Her band is amazing and her guitarist is the only guitarist i've seen recently that would fit in a glam band.He was amazing. He was wearing a METAL POWER shirt and he played as if it was his last show.
Pink was in a great mood. She started playing the drumms, and me, as a guy who goes to her show for the first time and having no idea what she normaly does, this was a great idea. She played during the set that 4 Non Blonds song and a JANIS JOPLIN medley that just blew me away. She was just brilliant.Absolutely amazing.
Of course another highlight was MISERY which sounded extremely good even without Tyler and Sambora. And My VIETNAM, a song I heard for the first time was also one of the highlights.
What else? THe drum solo.I don't even remember when I heard such a drum solo the last time.Really I don't.
Let's Get The Party Started was probably the only pop song in the set but it was fun because of the girl at the bass and the guitarist(and even PINK)who were making fun of all that.
Also the way the whole crowd shouted DAM BRITNEY SPEARS in Don't Let Me Get me was a special moment.

At some point Pink said:"Holy Sh*t Romania! You guys rock!"
I just want to say:NO PINK, YOU ROCK!

I can only recommend her.

The only bad thing was that she played only for 1.5 hours.

What do you think about them ? I really miss the Max Cavalera days in Sepultura

I don't like them!I only like MAX.He was the reason I wanted to see them but than again, it wasn't worth an exam.

And my friends told me the show wasn't that good!

JBJ - I believe

I saw her at T in the Park and wasn't impressed. the band were great just like every other solo acts session band and her voice was good but the show was just crap really.

The Black Eyed Peas were fantastic though I suggest folk go and see them if they can.

Nope...i didn't take the pucs myself.they're from the festival website. My digital cam is broke so i took just a few "normal" ones but i have to develop my film.
The girl from 4 Non Blonds is her producer and her keyboardplayer. She did also play acoustic guitar during her song. Was pretty cool...an NO!It wasn't a POP show.

Jim,I was pretty impressed with Pink's performance.Amazing vocals. She was running all the time. Jumping and crawling around. Pretty amazing. And she sounded brilliant during the whole show!

As i said mate, she wasn't doing anything that made me think, that's bollocks, it just didn't do much for me.

Her rocking tunes r pretty good but her slower ones are too same tempo-ish and mundane.
