Big fan of Arctic Monkeys. Their sound, style and lyrical content evolves with each album and I like it!

Looking forward to the new album. I sense that it'll be a grower from what we've heard already.

What's your favourite album?

*Can we have a 'c' put in the title of the thread to make it 'Arctic Monkeys'? Please?

I was living in Sheffield when their debut was released and the country just seemed to go Arctic Monkeys mad. The city really felt a part of the music scene again, and it was great to really feel a part of it. So there are a lot of great memories here.

But each successive album has had it's time in as my favourite. Favourite Worst Nightmare is a really top listen and a brilliant follow up. They knew they couldn't just release another 'lad-rock' album and maintain their success. There's more heart poured into the lyrics with 505 etc, but at the same time there's still a nod to their cheeky, fun side like with Fluorescent Adolescent.

I will be getting tickets for the Sheffield date.

I'm currently watching their set from last night at Glastonbury. So good!

To date, one of the most boring, uninterested live bands I have ever seen.

Loved their Glasto set, the crowd went mental for Brianstorm and teddypicker.

What's Alex's wannabe Elvis haircut and accent though?!
