I just witnessed Elvis Costello slaughtering Brilliant Disguise on Jimmy Fallon.

Utterly demented cover. Horrible.

Amen. He could very good do with some vocal lessons. Man even Jon isn't out of tune that much in one song. Poor poor version.

Oh good - it wasn't just me! LOL I've never really been an Elvis Costello fan, but I thought what aired last night was dreadful.

I didn't care for John Legend's take on Dancing in the Dark, but at least he sounded great.
