'Racing In The Street' from Hyde Park in '09 is probably my favourite live version of any song ever.

I always enjoy that.

The last performance to really grab me was Drive All Night from Gothenburg last year. Everything about it is magic, from the beautifully lit crowd to soulful and nuanced musicianship, and Bruce, etching out emotion like only he can.

Last night in Milan was the best night of my life. Everything was perfect - Bruce (of course), the band, the crowd, people I was with, the weather... Everything.

The time just flew by again. They played for 3hrs 20-30mins, it felt like an hour or so.

The River, Thunder Road, Shout were my highlights, I think.

Brilliant.

Wow! He did really shook things up setwise. American Land so early in the set. I am getting more excited the closer I get by the date he plays here in Holland when I see those setlists. Amazing stuff!

I salute you,
TS

It was one of the sign requests.

They played the whole Born In The USA album.. A fair few fans on the forums have been bitching about full album shows but I'd kill to see the whole of Darkness On The Edge Of Town in a few weeks.

He'd see requests for that song at every show though. The crowd must have been on fire for him to have played that so early.

The crowd was nuts, yes. But I think that the requested songs were played early on in both Padova and Milan. Not completely sure though, maybe I've missed something.

What a great night it was. My 2nd Bruce show after Milan 2012 and I got The River (my fave Bruce song) again!

Audio sucked big time but the crowd was really on fire, even louder than last year. As soon as he announced that he was going to play the full Born In The USA album the place went nuts.

I'm not a Bruce diehard so my highlights were The River, No Surrender and of course all the classic hits. I've never heard My Love Will Not Let You Down but I really enjoyed it - great song.
