I'm sorry but you can't possibly judge that from watching one DVD! I've been a fan for 35 years and seen him live approx. 20 times during these years and I do still believe his voice is (maybe was) at it's best during the Reality tour.

Maybe he sounded the best (I'm not sure) but his range had certainly decreased, so he could hit notes less easily.

I'm not slagging him off, I'm just stating facts.

Again, i agree. It is obvious that his range has gone a bit.
