I think the more I listen to it, the more I'm liking it. I think it's easily better than anything on X, and i didn't disklike that album. Atleast they still play proper rock, and not semi-pop middle of the road slop now like a few artists I could mention.

Although many fans will lap it up, I doubt it'll convert any new ones.

I'm hoping for more heavier stuff on the rest of the album though.

Not to bad, almost couldn't tell that it was Tim McGraw signing the first verse, until I put the headphones on.

Same with me when I first heard Who Says with Jennifer Nettles.

Just updated my original post with todays press release. Nothing really new, but there's a little extra info about songs, etc.

As you can see, the band went for a cover in the style of The Beatles' "SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND", by using a collage of photos of various people who have a connection with the band in one way or another. Apart from a number of pictures of the band members themselves (throughout the years), you'll find their parents, crew members, friends, and some artwork characters from the past.

"SONGS FROM THE SPARKLE LOUNGE", containing 11 brand new Def Leppard tracks, is scheduled for release on April 29.

At least it isnīt as gay as the cover for Yeah! was.

True, it's better album cover than Yeah!, but it looks a bit tacky to me. It's a nice idea for a cover, but I duno. But as I always say, it's what's on the disc that counts.

It's a bloody awful cover.

And I actually quite liked the cover for Yeah!

Def Leppard is just copying BJ again ?
When BJ went pop, they went too............. now they have a "country star" in their lead single ??
