Also, just to clarify, I haven't been able to watch the blu-ray yet but I've downloaded what I thought would be the whole performance but it's missing the Ded Flatbird part. On IMDb there's a criticism that this part is missing too but I was under the impression that the opening set was on the blu-ray and amazon isn't showing a setlist... so what's actually on it?

Yet, the Blu-Ray on the UK Amazon only lists a 93 minute run time, which is only half the set Def Leppard -Viva! Hysteria Bluray Blu-ray 2013...
Is the UK being shafted here?
