Default Foo Fighters to tour acoustic record (and Bon jovi comments)

http://www.nme.com/news/foo-fighters/22055

Quote:
"We might do one of those Bon Jovi-on-the-road videos (where) you're sitting in the private jet," the drummer revealed. "You know, before we go onstage, all slow motion. I just remember those videos back in the '80s. Bon Jovi's sitting on his private jet, (thinking) 'I miss my mansion.' Sorry, Bon. Got no beef with you. Like your videos. We're gonna rip them off."

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

Well thats great news, I have the album and the acosutic side is way more impressive than the electric side, imaginative as hell if you ask me and the one Taylor Hawkins sings (Cold Day In The Sun) is one of my favourites of it. Hope they come to Belfast this time.

On another note! I'm so glad No Way Back is going to follow Resolve.. Captain_Jovi and I were discussing how awesome that track is!

They should have released at least one single from the acoustic disk ... they might still do I suppose, but I doubt it. They had to release No Way Back next, its about the only other really good song on the rock disk

Unbeatable though. That's how music videos should be. The more cheese, the better.

There are so many good tracks on the Rock portion of the CD. I mean... Off the top of my head.. In Your Honor, Hell (AWESOME TRACK), The Last Song, Free, and End Over End. All these songs would be decent singles.

The best songs of the rock/electric side are DOA, No Way Back and Resolve. In Your Honor is pretty good, Hell is a great little song and The Deepest Blues Are Black tops of the good tracks on the album. Free Me, The Last Song, End Over End are all average for me and Best Of You is a little too repetitive but still great to sing along too. So anyone seen them on the tour yet?
