Do you have the free audacity program? If you do, you can record stereo sound, which is basically recording whatever is playing through your speakers. Only bad thing is, mouse clicks will be included for some reason. Or they were for me when I did it once.

I tried recording it via audacity but the quality wasn't great, although not terrible. About 90% of what it was on the stream (if you follow)

Ah. That's better than when I normally record over audacity. I normally get 65%.

Yeah I've messed around with the settings a lot as per internet tutorials but it's not quite right. I'm a stickler for perfect quality though so I just couldn't listen to it like that. It's just a shame that it's such a faff to piss around with configuring the proxy server etc.

Normally, listening to lower quality didn't bug me, but since I have a better computer and better speakers, I cannot listen to anything with low quality. Hopefully tomorrow will be a full album stream and not just one song. And hopefully its on demand and not just "you have to listen to the radio to hear the songs" kind of thing

I guess they use some kind of DRM that lowers the quality of the recording. What I do is to plug a p2 cable with two connectors one in my iPhone and the other on the PC in the microphone in plug. That works, the result is very good.


Edit: I use audacity as well.

About 3 songs through, I'm loving this. Much more upbeat and happy then the last one. Sure, the lyrics are typical, but they still make great catchy songs.

Yeah I absolutely love it. Much better than the last album.

Weird thing is, it got over too fast. It just seemed like 10 minutes ago I was ripping the mp3s from iheartradios website. Let's wait to get the cd and listen to it in a much better quality. But I love it. Upbeat, happy, fun. That's the kind of album they need to keep making. Its a bit more poppy, but that's not a bad thing. Matchbox Twenty did it and I loved it as well.
