Also, you're free to leave the building anytime, no one is stopping you.

They were supposed to be on stage around 9pm.

The support band were told to keep playing and their performance stretched to over 1hr 30mins! that's pretty excessive for a support band.

The band then came on stage at 10:40pm. (Buses and car parks close by stopped operating at 12) Some idiot threw a bottle, you can see bottles being thrown on stage at nearly every concert. Watch any U2 DVD, Bono gets stuff thrown at him... I saw Richie getting a carton of orange juice thrown at him in Dublin too. Any normal person would laugh it off, but not, Axl he is far too precious.

He then antagonised the already agitated audience by stopping the band and threatening to walk off.

He's got what he wanted, more headlines but seriously, He hasn't got the voice or the stage presence to back it up any more.

I agree no performer should have to put up with "stuff" being thrown at them but no fan should have to wait over an hour for a performer. Axl deserves everything he gets. I feel sorry for any fan that has bought tickets to see them in October at the O2. I wonder if they can get their money back?

I dont know, in the link that was posted it, they stated they were due on stage at 9.45, with the support band finishing at 9. Thats fairly reasonable, since most artists dont came on exactly after the support band. The link continues to say that guns n' roses took the stage at 10.25. Ok still very late, but not 1 hour and a half.
And to be fair it wasnt a carton of juice that was thrown at him, a bottle of piss...much less hygenic

It's like he's addicted to it, and your best chance of getting an addict to turn around is to stop "allowing" his behavior. I agree--it's time to cross Axl off the "A-list" of venues and tours!
