Luciano Pavarotti is dead
Tonight Luciano Pavarotti is dead in his house, in Modena.

It is also a very big loss to his fans. Despite my love for rock music I am also an opera fan - and Luciano was always my favorite. To me - he was everything that was good about opera - he was passionate in his roles - he loved and tried to please his audience - he was not above singing for pop audiences - and that voice, that voice - it had so much color & depth for a tenor. He will be missed by me.
