Bach in terms of sheer vocal ability, but Axl is the ultimate Rock N' Roll frontman, he had has own unique voice, wrote great lyrics, got arrested, swore, beat up fans and had the vision to change Guns N' Roses from just a hard rock band into a band which is very diverse in style, so I vote Axl
