I read recently that the parents of the boy who was alledgedly molested have sued people before for things, and I don't know if those cases where won, but this seems too much of a co-incidence.

Other children who stayed with him said that he never did anything to them, and one boy even said that this boys parents where just after the money.

Jackson is such a talented dude. I remember watching his videos in mid-80s. He left me in awe.

The way he performed, the way he danced, the way he sang - it was so different at the time. He left me speechless. Methinks he is the most gifted performer ever. No one even comes close.

And his life is so tragic. He is just way too different and talented for our world. I'm afraid he cannot win. No matter what. He probably will not be convicted whether he is guilty or not. But he cannot win either.

Jacko's lawyer blocks secret tape

Michael Jackson's lawyer vowed to "land like a ton of bricks" on anyone who attacks the singer and claimed that the molestation allegations against him were motivated by money.

"If anybody doesn't think, based upon what's happened so far, that the true motivation of these charges and these allegations is anything but money and the seeking of money, is living in their own Neverland," Mark Geragos said, referring to the singer's playland ranch.

Mr Geragos's pledge to mount a vigorous defence against those who damage Jackson's reputation followed revelations that he and the entertainer were secretly videotaped while flying on a private jet to Santa Barbara last week for the singer's surrender.

Mr Geragos said he obtained a temporary court order barring anyone connected to the airline from showing the tapes.

"Michael Jackson is not going to be abused," he said. "Michael Jackson is not going to be slammed."

Meanwhile, the Santa Barbara County district attorney pushed back the anticipated filing of molestation charges against Jackson to mid-December.

The delay will allow development of a web site for public posting of court-related information in the case, District Attorney Thomas Sneddon said.

Mr Sneddon had told a November 19 news conference that charges would be filed "in a very short period of time". By week's end he announced that the charges would not be filed until after Thursday's Thanksgiving holiday in the US

Yes, I read that too. But people claim that these are the kind of kids he goes after, kids with dysfunctional families.

I really don`t know if he`s guilty or not. I`ve never been a fan of him and think he`s strange, but he seems like he's a big kid just wanting to hang out with other kids.
But as these rumors about him abusing kids have been going for so long now, he should have been more careful. He has kids of his own (I`m really sorry for those kids!) and still hangs out with others. lets them sleep in his bad wether he sleeps on the floor or not but it all sounds quite strange, so if he's innocent he`s stupid not to be more careful.

The credibility of the boy who accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing him is in doubt following a claim he recently signed legal papers saying the pop star "never acted inappropriately".

It has also emerged that the boy's family has launched two other abuse-related lawsuits in the past.

The new developments came amid signs that the health of the 12-year-old cancer survivor at the centre of the allegations has deteriorated.

San Francisco assistant district attorney Kimberly Guilfoyle Newsom said she had heard a 20-minute tape in which the boy, his mother and brother say Jackson "never acted inappropriately".

Lawsuits

Ms Newsom told CNN that the accuser and his mother had also signed an affidavit earlier this year, stating that Jackson never abused him.

The development could undermine the case against the 45-year-old star unless prosecution lawyers can prove that abuse happened after the tape and affidavit were produced.

Meanwhile, it emerged that the family of the accuser accepted a settlement payout of nearly £90,000 two years ago after claiming they were beaten by security guards at a department store.

Bitter divorce

They said the boy, his brother and mother were assaulted after the boy left a shop with clothes he had not paid for.

The mother also alleged she was sexually assaulted by one of the guards.

The boy's parents also went through a bitter divorce in which his mother claimed spousal abuse and child cruelty.

Jackson is scheduled to appear in court on January 9.

All the things that have seen public light since Michael Jackson's arrest (One week ago), confirms only one thing: There's a very strange feeling about this.

¿AL Tom Sneddon smiling at press conference?
¿Illegal video recording of MJ and Geragos conversations on the plane, for then sell to media?
¿Child Mother's Lawers telling that no bad comments about Jackson were tell to him?
The most important: A video that shows the Mother and the Child raising Jackson, and a signed declaration.
And now... (I just visited Cnn.com, and watch this) The child is in poor health status.

What the hell's going on here?

I mean, I'm not defending Jackson too. But this things are very strange. I think that the people that believe this is NOT about money, then they are living in his own "Neverland", like Geragos said.

Greetings,

P.S.: On 1993, Jackson paid 20 million dolars to the Chandler Father to keep in silence that Mister and not going to a Civil Judge. Very personally, I think that a FATHER doesn't accept any buck and takes their Child Violator to the justice and to jail.

Every new day I think this is about money, since 1993.

are you a father? if not you really wouldn't know. there are things you'll learn with parenthood you never dreamt of.

I do find it odd, that not the parents came out to file the claim (as they would be if they were after money), but that the kids psychiatrist made the call to the authorities.

Reading on many sites searching information about the Michael Jackson's 1993 case, I found cleary that the father asked money to Jackson for the silence.

The kid Chandler, never said nothing about this case. It was the "bridge" between their Father, his intentions to make him rich by Jackson's Fortune, a "Perfectly planned allegation" against, at these days, the most important Pop Star ever (who had a 500 million dolars fortune, plus music catalogues, mansions, and fisical propieties)

On my previous message, I really told "A GOOD father never ask money to his kid abuser, and take him to the justice and to jail for that horribly crime". Now, in 2003, the kid's mother said that she doesn't accept any paid for silence. But, she have a very bad history on criminal cases, lies, and more. And It looks that there's other persons (like the Aeroplane Company), that liked to win money thanks to Jackson's problems.

Well, I personally hope that THE REAL TRUE come to us beginning on January 9, 2004. If is not before that day.

If Michael Jackson can prove his innocence on the USA Justice (on this case and earlier situations), ALL THE WORLD must will be shut up and leave him alone. The damage to his person, his family and his career, never would be compensate.

If this doen't happen, and Michael Jackson is guilty with enough evidence, it's the end for the Dream, The King Of Pop, 30 years of music, and everything about him.

Greetings, Jolo.

I think this is basically a huge stunt to con money out of someone extremely rich and famous. It was tried years ago and people have now thought to try it again. People should just leave the man alone to live his life in peace, if he wants to live like Peter Pan let him, however he wants to live his life is nothing to do with anyone except himself.
