i found somethign about fender endorsements a coupla years ago but it's like u need to be signed to a major label, have sold x amount of records, done this done that.

unless they're dads have alot of clout i doubt they'll be getting any free gear.

saying that, we had a dude drumming for us a while ago that was endorsed by zildjian cymbals and premier drums. 15 he was and had the best drum set up ive ever seen a non pro play. he got kinda freaked out though cos we did a show that sabian had heavilly endorsed and was really worried that if anyone told zildjian he'd played on a kit with sabians, his contract would get ripped up.

Oooh cool thanks for posting!!!!!!

We heard about the tour earlier today but didn't know the tourdates were announced. Cool!!!

We're definitely doing Manchester, and I have a feeling we might be touring a little bit around UK this summer... Birmingham is a must too!!!

And maybe a little detour to Holland aswell :whistles: http://www.arrowrockfestival.nl/ -> what a great festival!!!

Anybody know if Billy Sheehan is in the G3 lineup?

ah right. i thought you meant they were after free guitars n stuff u know, so people will see them playign fenders on stage.

my old guitar teacher knew a guy that went on tour with some famous folk dude and Gretsch sent his mate 3 guitars worth close to 8 grand each and said they're yours providing you play them on this tour. no bad eh?

the drummer in question was a wierd yin tho 9aren't they all) his dad had actually had a number one with Middle of the Road. 1 hit wonder right enough but what... wheres your momma gone im sure that was ity

wheres yer momma gone wheres your momma gone.... he was the drummer on that.
