Here's a list of the bands i saw at Leeds and a quick review:

The Gaslight Anthem Absolutely brilliant band, they played everything i wanted to hear! The sound was quite bad though but the mainstage did have problems all weekend but it was no fault to any of the bands, 59 sound and American Slang sounded good though!

Frank Turner He was really goood, has some great songs and the crowd loved him plus he got a big barn dance going

The Libertines One of the main reasons i got a ticket, their album 'The Libertines' is one of my favourites! They didnt sound that good though, ive seen Pete Doherty solo a few times and he's been better all times, it seemed as though they were just doing it for the money! (a reported £1million each)

Arcade Fire These guys sounded absolutely brilliant, and seemed to be having a great time on stage! They were headliners though and only pulled a crowd of about 10,000. It was a shame they pulled such a low crowd put it didnt seem to phase them.

The Drums didnt really want to see these guys but friends did so i went along, they were alrite but nothing special.

Kele He was pretty good and did a few bloc party tunes which sounded great and ot the crowd going!

Foals Started out great but towards the middle of the set i actually fell asleep stood up! not sure whether this down to late nights/drinks etc or they just went shitty

Mumford & Sons Their harmonies were amazing, absolutely brilliant gig! Loved every moment of it, at that present moment they were the band of the festival until ...

Guns N Roses i know the opinion of this band on the forum (well the majority) yeah axl is a dick, he was late but only by 28 minutes (i bet he'd be 27 mins late!! if i was right i would have won £20! ) anyway they cae on, played the hits which i really enjoyed, played a few cool solos and a ****ing amazing version of November Rain, that was the main song i wanted to hear and they played the hell out of it!

All in all i'd give the festival a 7/10, its no Glastonbury but i enjoyed it!

Saw Muse for the 3rd time at Wembley Stadium last night, really really good as ever. Its a great visual treat, although I think they go a bit over board with the visuals rather than the music- despite the music being very very good.
And again, I really want Bon Jovi to play at Wembley Stadium, such a good venue and sounds great for a stadium, if only AEG could sort out their differences and get it done for next year.

Brandon Flowers at Ancienne Belgique, Brussels.

Being a huge fan of The Killers, I was a little worried when I heard that he was going solo, but being quite pleasantly surprised by his album I decided to go and see his gig here. I am so glad that I did - the material comes across so much better live, and as usual he put on a great show. While it was strange seeing him without The Killers, I enjoyed the night greatly and was even lucky enough to meet him after the show where he was really kind and nice to all the fans who had waited for him and spent a bit of time signing autographs and taking pictures (and letting us shelter under his umbrella haha).

Wish I'd gotten tickets for his show in Amsterdam too
