I just saw Lionel Ritchie... the man was amazing!!! Truly a great concert, he played all the old stuff, great interaction with the audience and looked like he was having a ball! Well worth the money!

Glad you enjoyed it, a couple of people who I work with are going, we all laughed when they bought tickets but I actually reckon it would be a fun night out.

It really is, I can understand that he might sound laughable, but you'd be surprised at to how many good songs he actually wrote and how many you would actually know and like. The place was jumping - I think as well as he has jazzed some of the old songs up a bit, given them a "fresher" feel. He also has a wicked sense of humour! Honestly.. go see him!!

i saw westlife last night, they were very good as usual! They did a part in the middle of the show called "the boyband bit" and sang songs from backstreet boys, new kids on the block, boyzone and take that which was very cool and quite funny as they did the respective dances to the songs!!!!

Ensiferum (Finnish metalband) during a metal battle fest (or something) last Sunday. They headlined the gig and there were 4 more metalbands to perform: Cutting Daisy (Dutch), Elexorien (Dutch), Kromlek (German) and Naildown (Finnish).

I kinda liked Cutting Daisy, didn't dig Elexorien, really liked Kromlek and hated Naildown.

I totally loved, loved, LOVED Ensiferum! Man, how they managed to create such a good show; they played really well, vocals were really great and they sure knew how to work the crowd. Still got a sore neck due to all the headbanging. But it was soooooo worth it
