Coheed & Cambria on Wednesday, playing the whole of their Good Apollo Volume 1 album in sequence, with an encore made up of a medley of songs from their other albums and a cover of Iron Maiden's The Trooper. Really good in general ... the songs are strong (although obviously when playing a full album, especially one with several songs that are over seven minutes long, there tends to be some filler), the band are great musicians and exciting to watch (although I do feel like they would benefit from having a visual aspect to their shows, like Tool or Muse). The last song of the main set, The Final Cut, was both awesome and incredibly overlong, stretching it out from 6 minutes to about 15 with duelling guitar solos and theremin (including the quite amazing spectacle of the frontman playing the theremin with his face and hair while still playing the guitar) was very cool, but then the ten minute drum solo following that pushed it way too far. Still, I'd give this show 8/10
