Default Linkin Park ~ What I've Done

What a song, no? I've always kinda like this band but never quite got into them. That Chester guy has one hell of a voice. I'm sure I'll pick up their new album. Great video too.

Did I read they were performing at the same Live Earth gig with Bon Jovi?

I've heard it quite a few times now. I quite like them, I have both their studio albums so far (although admittedly neither legally). So far though, this one hasn't particularly grasped me. If I can come across their new album by less than legitimate means then I wouldn't hesitate, but I'm unlikely to buy it I reckon

I've always thought Linkin Park were talented muscially, but never liked them all that much. I really like how they've gone a different direction with this new single. It's a pretty good song and I hope Minutes To Midnight is a solid album.

I was very interested when I heard they were going in a new direction and that Rick Rubin was going to be producing the album. I've only heard the song once so far. It's not what I was imagining yet it is at the same time. If that makes any sense. I'm sure I'll pick the album up once it comes out.

That song sounds just okay to me. My friend loves LP and is making me go see them if they tour anywhere near us this summer.

The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

Exactly how are they? It's the same song they always write, well, with less rapping in it and a "guitar solo" added. It's hardly the revolution they promised. But who would've guessed so...

It's hardly the same... It actually sounds like a band playing versus a group of guys using a hundred different instruments. It sounds very tight and I'm glad they are wanting to get away from Nu-Metal.

I dunno. It's still the same structure as always - soft piano / sample intro, quiet verse, distortion kicks in with the pre-chorus and then there are four big chords lying under the chorus. Repeat, break, repeat chours twice, end. The break this time around isn't DJing but a guitar melody, but still...
