im uploading the demo of HBT now, its intro, verse 1, pre chorus and chorus 1, 1:40 min of song, this way you can findout how the song will go on, if u liked it, im going to record the whole thing for final steps.....

only paying attention to the electric guitar here, but i kinda liked it...

one thing tho- did you do it in key i sent it in, cause it seems to have gone awful low...

its only e-guitars cause i didnt have acoustic guitar at the moment, i think there will be an acoudtic guitar playing chords all over the song, and specially in the verses that in this demo i put some clean e guitars instead of real acoustic chords...

well, about the key, i think i just used the chords that u used for the song.i think u started the song with F#m, then Em and so on.... i just used the power chords MAYBE in a lower key, here is the F#m chord i started the song with:

if its not correct, tell me the correct keys u played the chords at, and ill redo the song....

liked it yeah nice guitars. its easy to get a digital distortion sounding crap but i think u pulled it off pretty good. unless its actually from an amp and im just talking shite.

anyways good stuff yeah.

so now i take it ur going to record the full version along with a click minus the drums then i can record the drums along with ur guitars and do whatever?

if thats the case then give us a count in of 8 instead of 4 so i can have 4 then ill count in 4 on the drums. from then on everyone has the 4 ive recorded at the start but if ive just got 4 when doin the drums it means i need to guess exactly when the clicks start

whats the bpm on it btw?

got some drum sounds for it going for the demo but what we going for feel wise? you want it played pretty much down the line with a couple of little fills or what?

um... playing generic power chords on my acoustic it was Bm(790000), G(350000), Em(022000), F#m(240000), Em(022000) for the start of the verse...

yeah, my plan was to have acoustic bamming (not technical- apologies) the chords throughout..

ok sara, im going to record the full song with the chords u used, and i will only record distorted guitars so u can record acoustic guitars on it...

and about the drums, jim, i'm thinking of a drum like in Undivided, in verses u only get drums, but in choruses u get full drums with crashes....

I downloaded the guitar clip you sent me. Very cool! Well done!!! Has a kind of Richie Sambora-like sound to it, which is always good. I've listened to HBT accoustic countless times, so I'm not too sure how the song will sound electrically, but I'm betting it sounds great. Keep up the good work!
