Tawtami:You mean BIDC right? We'd have to release that one for free if we do plan on charging for this CD. Anything relating to Dry County would have to be given out free. Anyhow, I don't think its a good idea to charge for this CD. I don't think the earnings on a CD would outweigh the costs of burning, labelling, and shipping. I think it would be a good idea to release a couple of really strong singles, then put the whole thing up on DC (the site) for download.
Allmike:Good song! Can I work with it a bit, see if I can add anything? Also, regarding the D.C. mailbox/message board/website:I was thinking we could keep the unfinished stuff there, and if we go with my idea for releasing the CD, the songs not released as singles (at least until the project went public). Also, we could invite people to listen to the songs, maybe a group of people (JT mods perhaps?) that could help us pick singles. Also, once the songs were done (but before we released all of them) we could release 30-60 second snippets here. What do you think? Oh, by the way, Walrus is busy last I heard. Still here, but busy.
