The problem is now that no matter what happens in future, regardless of if he is proven innocent or guilty people will always think of him this way.
We only know what the tabloids have spun to us, not the facts. OK he is certainly quite odd in comparison to all of us, after dangling his child from a balcony etc, but we don't actually know him so can't judge him.
I'm sure none of us would like to be accused of something and have it all over the tabloids, meaning everyone already had an opinion on it and thus a fair jury would never be found.
