Went to the worst concert ever yesterday! Not because of the band but the crowd! Never have I seen so many drunk people in one place and I don't mean just tipsy. I mean drunk to the point of being paralytic. People just didn't know what they were doing, couldn't even walk. People were pissing where ever they felt like it and that's women as well as men. Then of course they started to throw their piss into the crowd. Sorry if I sound prudish but the thought of someone else piss on me just doesn't do it for me. It's a big shame too because the band were good. Dave gave a good performance. He's also funny when talking to the crowd just a shame there's so many idiots on this planet. This is the set list, which was good.
Bridge Burning
Rope
The Pretender
My Hero
Learn to Fly
White Limo
Arlandria
Breakout
Cold Day in the Sun
(with Roger Taylor)
Stacked Actors
Long Road to Ruin
Monkey Wrench
Dear Rosemary
(with Bob Mould)
Walk
Let It Die
Generator
Best of You
Skin and Bones
All My Life
Encore:
Wheels
(Dave solo)
Times Like These
(Dave solo for the start)
School's Out
(Alice Cooper cover) (with Alice Cooper)
I'm Eighteen
(Alice Cooper cover) (with Alice Cooper)
Young Man Blues
(Mose Allison cover)
Everlong

Shame about the idiots - I experienced that at Donnington in 1990. They took so long getting the stage ready between Poison and Aerosmith that the crowd started to get unsettled. There were also 2 bottles thrown, that I saw, last Saturday at Hyde Park.

I have a limited knowledge of FF but that looks like a good show, especially the appearance of Alice Cooper.

2 bootles thrown would be fine but it was constant.

That looks like an excellent set. I forgot Milton Keynes was happening over this weekend. Your story has me seriously reconsidering attending any shows of theirs overseas though. I have yet to experience urine being thrown around and it doesn't sound much fun. What a shame. I'm trying to figure the thought process for that.

Hookless? I have to ask you what is a hook to you? Wasting Light is jam packed with them as an album.

Looks like a pretty good set? Are they still doing the unbearably long version of Stacked Actors?

They drink a lot and then need to piss. The toilets are ages away so they do it in a empty container and then throw it. It's a drunk idiotic thing to do, but as a regular out door concert goer I've never seen it.

It does look like it was beyond the norm from the complaints on the Foos BB.

I don't know if it's good or bad that they choose these shows for the DVD.

It does appear as though it's not the "norm" and it would be a shame to miss out on them. Apart from the morons there it was a fantastic show and well worth going to see.

We've had a feast of The Foos in The UK in the last few days.

First an amazing two hour set from T In The Park - (UK residents only) http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode..._Foo_Fighters/

And The iTunes festival appearance was streamed online. Here's a clip of Dave kicking out an idiot for fighting -
I've never seen them play as good as this.
