I dunno. I like it and it's still settling in, but I can't fully embrace Let It Die, for example. The intended drama falls flat. Then Erase/Replace.. the repitition of the title in the chorus kills what is otherwise great.

I love this album. there's no filler in this album at all. To me every song sounds as though it could be a hit.

Rope, Walk, Long Road To Ruin, and Stacked Actors come to Rock Band 3 on May 10th. Pro Guitar/Bass tab upgrades for Monkey Wrench and The Pretender will be released as well.

I'm probably alone on this, considering my other dimensional suggestion on Jon Bon Jovi doing Walk was met with silence.....

But can anyone else, lyrics notwithstanding, hear Paul Stanley doing Stacked Actors?

I don't listen to much Foo Fighters, but after hearing all these rave reviews of Wasting Light, I decided to check it out.

Boy, am I glad I did. Walk and Rope are awesome. I'm gonna check out more of their catalog soon. Thank you guys, I found a great way to spend my weekend.

Good for you. Walk is a great song, one of the best on the album. Having said that I still can't pick a best. They all have such energy in them.

The new album is good and is fantastic towards the end. But there are still a few fillers on there

this is why im not a huge fan of the Foos.
Their sound hasnt progressed. Songs of new album could have been wrote during the 2nd album era.
They dont experiment enough for my liking. Im all for a band keeping its sound but i do like a band that throw in a few tracks that make you say "wow is that really (insert band name here!)"
