the price to hire the venue will be the same for prince and BJ
the cost of promotion, staff, promoters fee etc... will be roughly the same
the only difference is that bon jovi will be making at least £50 a seat more for their gig than prince.
i saw roger waters doing the dark side of the moon in london on saturday. considering pink floyd have been offered millions a few times to reform he could charge an absolute fortune for gigs yet the ticket was half the price of my bon jovi o2 one. it's a racket and the band are as culpible of blame as the promoter and ticketmaster.
