Of ****ING Course.

The best music to cheer one up in down moments.

If prefer roots reggae, stuff like Bob Marley, of course, Burning Spear, also Toots & the Maytals. Quite enjoy Ska too, and a little Dub now and again.

Good good. I wasn't sure if there would be many fans on here.

When I was younger I thought it was rubbish (without having heard much.) But a while back my mum had a Reggae album on, and I thought it was great. It does lift your spirits.

I've got a question for you. You know the song Red, Red Wine. Who's was that originally? Tony Tribe?!

I like the reggae version of It's My Life that Bon Jovi did.

But that's where my reggae fandom ends

Aloha !

No. Shit music genre. Just as ska. Apart from one song by a Dutch band it gets on my nerves every single time.

Salaam Aleikum,

I haven't really heard Ska, I don't think. Might have to check it out.

Tony Tribe covered from Neil Diamond.

I think you'd enjoy ska. Best concert I ever attended was a French ska band called La Ruda Salska. If you're on Deezer.com, check them out (even if you don't get french the music is great). A song like "L'empire du moi" is just huge.

Anyone heard a band called Less Than Jake? ****ing awful band, and my friend tells me they're ska. I'll give that music genre a miss.

I like a bit of Bob Marley, tbh never heard any other reggae.

.
You shouldn't give it a miss just because of one band.
