Default REM put all their videos and live videos online!

WOW! That was kind of unexpected!

They launched REMHQTV today on their official website. They call it "the first-ever, non-stop R.E.M. video channel"

It features hours and hours of FULL LENGTH videos, live performance videos, documentaries and even hours of radio interviews.

Pretty amazing

That's incredible. I wish some other bands would take a page out of their book! I wish I liked REM more!

Sadly enough, a few minutes after posting this I received an update from Bonjovi.com stating (among other things):

"We're introducing AMERICAN XS - PLATINUM. This will be a PREMIUM PAID MEMBERSHIP level of AMERICAN XS which offers even MORE exclusive content to members. Keep an eye and ear out for the launch of AMERICAN XS PLATINUM and the range of exclusive features it will bring... Membership has its privileges!"

BJ will probably make people pay for "exclusive content". Sigh.

First $200-$350 to see them live in AC and now this.

This is getting crazy!

But at least you did not pay $200-$350 to see them. As long as the membership is not too expensive, I'll consider it. I do have a birthday coming up though

Who cares how much the band charges for Borgata. Unfortunately it doesn't make much difference if the original price is $70 or $200. Bon Jovi fans are gonna end up paying a lot more anyway. Most of the tickets are in scalpers hands and will be sold for a lot lot more.

I just went to one "ticket-broker" website. They have tons of Borgata tickets, and they are a lot more expensive than $200 ($350-$1000 a piece). Also look on Ebay! And this is considering that there were only about 3000 tickets for sale. UMG must do something to stop this! This is getting out of hands.

I have never had problems in the past getting tickets for shows through Ticketmaster. This time around though, the starting price is just way too much.
